This video provides practical techniques for law enforcement officers to use if they find themselves falling through ice in uniform. An actual ice self rescue is demonstrated to illustrate the techniques that can be utilized. The video offers further tips in rescuing someone who has fallen through the ice using a Res Q DiscŪ.
